I caught this article from New Scientist (via Slashdot) about quantum computers. All by themselves, quantum computers are a mind-bending propostion. But this is just weird:

My favorite quote from the article, though, is something that all geeks know:
“A non-running computer produces fewer errors,” says Hosten.
No kidding.
