In the second volume of his History, Bennett walks a little slower through the key points of the 20th century. He takes special care to carry the reader through the events leading up to and resolving the Cold War. I’m almost certain that those on the Left would be unhappy with the positive view given Ronald Reagan. That’s okay, this history records accurately and defies revisionism.
This will serve to be a fine primer for those growing up in the 21st century to understand how we got to where we are today.
